Reception class enjoyed a day of space-related activities as part of their current topic. The children made rocket launchers, paper plate astronauts,  solar system wax-resist art pictures in the style of Hundertwasser and air dough model aliens inspired by the story of Beegu. Some children used recycled materials to build a rocket.

At the end of the week, Father Leo came into school to say Mass with our children and their families. The children enjoyed singing 'This little light of mine' and 'He's got the whole world in his hands' for our guests.
