Writing Festival is always a big hit with the children and this year did not disappoint. Our week was focused around the book Tuesday by David Weisner. Throughout the week the children became detectives to solve the mystery behind the crime scene in our classroom, we designed and made capes for the frogs. We continued our celebrations by staging and writing our own adventure stories but for pigs! The children loved the week and wrote some wonderful stories full of creative ideas, detailed descriptions and gripping storylines.
