The children have thoroughly enjoyed our Persuasive Writing unit this half term. We hooked them from the beginning when they had to persuade us to open a package address to them! It wasn't long until we were hearing persuasive phrases being used in lessons, on the playground and even at home! Our writing became more emotive and persuasive after we received a letter from our glue sticks stating that they were going on strike. We had to get to work immediately and persuade our glue sticks not to turn their backs on us. Luckily, we are star writers in Lime Class and after some hard work we persuaded the glue sticks to return!
