As we have entered the start of Advent, we have each made an ornament for our Jesse Tree. Each day we add one more. We have also added our Christmas wishes to the tree. Our classroom is starting to feel very festive!

We have been learning about our inspirational and heroic class saint, St. Maximilian Kolbe. Although his story is a tragic one, he is an excellent example of selflessness and service. We have been sketching his portraits and creating fact files about him.
