And breathe…

We’ve made it! Halfway through the year already… Apologies for the lack of posts the last couple of weeks; they’ve been written but apparently ICT had also decided that it was winding down to half-term… Speaking of ICT, the iPad battery is flat too so no photos this week, sorry :s

It’s been a busy week though with the NSPCC coming in to talk to us about our rights to staying safe, Antarctica reports being written, Maths units being finished off and an RE visitor in today!

Mrs Humphries and I really hope that you have a restful half-term and come back nice and refreshed for Larch part 2!

Homework – Y6s have little bits of reading and Maths to do each day and Y5 have a research project looking at the similarities and differences between the Arctic and Antarctica. Y6 should also have come home with a sheet with their test scores on: the first table is from September, the second is from November/December and the final is from January (the dates at the top of each table just refers to which past papers they were doing). At the bottom are some points that they need to work on; it’s not an exclusive list but just some of the key points that came up in their test results.

All homework is due the first Wednesday back.

See you all then!
