Newmarket Fire and Rescue Service

On Thursday 28th February, Key Stage 1 were visited by the Newmarket Fire and Rescue Service linked to our Great Fire of London topic. The children learnt about the equipment on a fire engine and uniform used by the fire service. The children enjoyed the chance to go in the fire engine and some were lucky enough to try on some of the equipment.
