We have been exploring the extremes this week. A quick trip back to 1666 with a spark that started in a London bakery followed by an exploration of a rock pool on the English coast! It has certainly been a busy week again!
We used collage techniques of cutting and ripping to create our Great Fire of London pictures. We explored the colours and shapes of flames.
Science saw us exploring the micro habitat of the rock pool. (If you want to try rock pooling, you don’t have to go to the West Coast – drive over to West Runton, Norfolk at low tide.) Rowan class decided that we would not be able to live in a rock pool because we would get too cold and wouldn’t be able to breathe either.
